Registration Information

The workshop registration fee is $50.00/person. This registration fee includes a copy of the proceedings of the workshop and morning and afternoon refreshments. REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 20. Payment must be either by check or money order made out to "AMTA/SIG-IL MT Summit Workshop".
