Task 1. Architecture Choice

Outline a preferred architecture for identifying and selecting relevant parameters for inclusion in a multivariate analysis. This architecture will provide for identification and assessment of capabilities and for relevant prioritization.
Deliverables: Produce a report outlining findings and hold a workshop/meeting to discuss the findings and consider additional directions

Task 2. Technique Assessment

Survey and assess techniques that apply to the mission and parameter space as outlined in the DTRA SOO and discussed in the UNM response to the SOO. This effort is to include presenting strawman applications and a validation of the process.

Task 3. Feasibility Study

Recommend an approach for generating anand delivering an automated tool or suite of tools to support CB defense investment strategy and resource allocation decisions.
Deliverables: Produce a report outlining recommendations and will hold a workshop/meeting to discuss the findings and consider additional directions

Task 4. Technical Reports

Deliverables: Study plan (30 DACA); quarterly in-process reviews; draft and final report and final briefing.
