Property Frames and Temporal Relations
The head of a property frame can be related to another frame by a
temporal relation. This is useful, for example, when a property of an
object or other entity changes over time--say, at %time_1, a car is
red, and at %time_2, it is black (as a result of being painted,
catching fire, etc).
Whenever it is not useful for a property frame to have a temporal
relation, it generally does not.
