Temple and the TIDE Prototype

The Temple project and the TIDE prototype involved developing an open, multilingual architecture and software to support the rapid development of extensible Machine Translation tools. Targeted languages for the TIDE prototype are those for which natural language processing and human resources are scarce or difficult to obtain.
