Upcoming concert

Good Morning and Happy New Year's Eve Day!!

Wanted to let all of you know about an upcoming concert at the
Las Cruces Community Theater on Jan 10th and 11th.  Bill Ege
(Friday night keyboard artist at the Hilton) has joined with drummer
Mike Norris to form a duo called Diversity Jazz.  They will be
presenting a concert called "Swinging Through Time"--a journey
back in time to the days of Glenn Miller, Louie Armstrong, Duke
Ellington and others, to include music from the 20's, 30's and 40's.
It will be a multi-media program with music and classic scenes
projected on a screen--ie:  "As Time Goes By" with scenes from
Casablanca.

Saturday night (10th) will begin at 7:30 P.M. with a
pre-show of Scott Joplin piano rags at 7:00 P.M.  Sunday (11th)
will have the pre-show at 1:30 P.M. and the actual concert
beginning at 2:00.

All tickets are reserved seating and are $8 for adults, $7 for seniors
and $6 for children under the age of 12.
