Dubbin<BR><BR>Rosabel G. Dubbin, age 80, a 20 year resident of Las Cruces, a
servant of Christ, a member of the Peace Lutheran Church, NM, entered Heaven's
Gates on March 2, 2004 at 2:55 AM. <BR><BR>She was born July 17,
1923 in South Shore, SD to Henry and Minnie Zirbel. At the age of six, she
moved to Rice, MN. During her lifetime she lived in Foley, MN, Finland, MN
and Las Cruces, NM. She worked at the family farm, a variety of
manufactures in and around St..Cloud, catered weddings, cooked at the Finland
Air Force Base and has spent the last 20 years at the College Heights
Kindergarten retiring at the young age of 80. <BR>She is known for her diligence
in making quilts for World Relief, her children, her grand-children, friends and
the homeless. She is also known for the best home made bread in
town. Because of her steadfast faith and character she has left large void
in the hearts of many. <BR><BR>She was preceded in death by a son, Mark
Dubbin, and two daughters, Judy Moody, Marlene Doublet, Two brothers,
Verdie Larson, LaVern Larson, two sisters, Sylvia Stellmach and Harriet
Rocheleau. Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Nelson (Kenny) of
Finland, MN, Arlyce Dubbin (Katie) of Washington, DC, Vicky Soulier (Ron), of
Minneapolis, MN. Four sons, Melvin Dubbin (Sherry) of Kennewick, WA,
Marvin Dubbin (Stella), of Las Cruces, NM, Wayne Dubbin (Kathy), of
Hibbing, MN and Dallas Dubbin (Sandi) of Silver Bay, MN. Son-n-law, Edward
Doublet of Schertz, TX. Other survivors include 18 grandchildren, 25
great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and the children she loved
so much at College Heights. Cremation has taken place and a memorial
service will be held at 11:00AM, March 5, 2004 at Peace Lutheran Church, 1701 E.
Missouri, Las Cruces, NM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Graham's
Mortuary, 555 West Amador. In lieu of flowers it is requested donations be made
to the Peace Lutheran Church for the Santa Catalina Scholarship Fund. Send

celebration of her life will be held at the home of Ronny and Tibby Larson,
12622 95 Ave N.E. Foley, Minnesota on 18 July starting at 1:00 PM. All are
invited. Rosabel's ashes will be buried next to her son Mark in Foley MN during
a private family service on 17
