Unicode String Searching

These libraries are freeware.

Two libraries are provided to support Unicode string searching. A minimal-DFA regular expression package and a tuned Boyer-Moore package (for substring searches). There are likely to be problems with both, but they at least demonstrate enough to get most developers going.
