User Testing Presentation Grading Criteria – CS485/CS585


Points will be awarded on the following criteria

1. Description of your test participants. 25pts

We want to know the characteristics of the participants which would impact their perfomance. Not their names or other identifying information

2. Description of the testing environment and the tasks instructions given to the participants. 25pts.

Where was the test conducted? Who watched? What EXACTLY was said to each participant?

3. Description of what occurred. 25 pts.

How did each participant complete their assigned task? What errors where made?

4. Conclusions made from the user test. 25 pts.

What design changes are suggested by the results of the user test?
